Today’s challenge is to develop a self-care plan. I need to get back in tune with my inner and outer self so I need to make few changes in my lifestyle such as…

  • Wake up earlier every day for quiet time
  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  • Exercise for 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week
  • Cut out soda and/or junk food
  • Eat more fruit and vegetables
  • Read a new book every month
  • Blog at least 3 times a week
